The Juniper Tree Charitable Foundation in the United Kingdom partners with the Covenant Foundation to provide governance oversight and legal support, enabling the operation of the centers in accordance with local regulations and international nonprofit standards.

The Juniper Tree operates within a structured governance framework that provides accountability and oversight across its international operations. Governance and fiduciary oversight are provided by The Juniper Tree Charitable Foundation, based in the United Kingdom, through its Trustee Board.
